Dear Friend,

Thank you for reaching my site.

I need your help and advice.

Website PhotoCurrently I am in the process of building this website and writing a special report about people who find they are down or depressed after they have had a heart attack.

This special report will give you loads of insights, tips and ideas, as well as empathy for your plight, if you have had a heart attack and you don't know where to turn for help and advice to assist you in getting your life back on track after a heart attack.

I have done most of the things for what I would like on the website and in the special report, but I can't profess to know everything!

You see, for those that know me through my other site http://www.heartattackprofessor.com you will know that I have had a heart attack myself and I went through a time period of issues until I got my health - both physically and mentally - back again.

But even though I went through this terrible experience, and you can read about it here on this link http://www.heartattackprofessor.com/my-heart-attack.html I would hate to put out something with the intention of helping others that really doesn't answer what people's concerns are. It might have and may have in the past addressed and answered my worries, but may not address and answer other people's.

With that in mind I would really appreciate your feedback and ideas on what you would like to see on this site and in my special report. I would of course acknowledge your contribution wherever possible.

Please go here and take this simple 6 step survey (will take less than 5 minutes) on the following link:

Please note I will not take your personal information (if you give it to me) and share it with any third party.

Thank you for taking time out to help me.

With your help, this can be the best resource on the Net for helping people out after they have a heart attack and they are feeling down.

My kindest regards to you.
